This traditional “ farm house” bone dry cider is predominantly made from traditional English and French cider apple varieties grown on site or by friends on the Mornington Peninsula.
This cider underwent secondary bottle fermentation for a natural fizz and has only very slight residual (non-glucose, non-fructose) natural fruit sugars.
Flavour may vary each year based on seasonal characteristics. Cider is not filtered and a slight sediment may form in the bottle.
Drink alcohol responsibly 7% alcohol
