An infusion of cider, local Pinot Noir and the fermented skins of Pinot Noir grapes. This is a delicious, fruity and refreshing drink with a pop of colour.
The cider underwent secondary bottle fermentation for a natural fizz. A light sediment is normal.
Flavour may vary slightly between batches. this is lighter than the previous 11% batch. Cider is not filtered and a slight sediment may form in the bottle.
8% alcohol - please note this is a lighter style than the previous 11% batch.
