An infusion of cider, local Pinot Noir and the fermented skins of Pinot Noir grapes. This is a delicious, fruity and refreshing drink & a lovely colour. The 750ml is a slightly higher Pinot Noir content than the 330ml bottles.
The cider underwent secondary bottle fermentation for a natural fizz. A light sediment is normal.
Flavour may vary slightly between batches.
