Below are a series of Frequently Asked Questions that we receive about our Farmgate, Accommodation, Ciders, and Olive Oil.

  • Absolutely. We love welcoming guests to our Farmgate for a cider tasting.

    Our farmgate is open on weekends and public holidays: 11am-4pm.

  • You can find out farmgate on the Mornington Peninsula at 300 Tucks Road, Shoreham VIC.

  • Yes! We have two luxury accommodation options available for guests to stay at Harts Farm.

    Click the ‘accommodation’ or ‘book your stay’ button in our menu for more information.

  • We would be happy to organise a gift voucher. Please email info@hartsfarm.com.au to arrange.

  • We have a number of retail and restaurant partners who sell our Ciders. For more information, please visit our stockists page.

  • Yes, we offer click-and-collect during our farmgate opening hours. Simply select pick-up at checkout and no cost will be applied for shipping.

  • Subscribers to the Harts Farm mailing list are the first to hear about any promotions or offers. Be sure to sign up via our footer to stay in the loop.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout and is dependent on order weight and location. Shipping starts at $15 for most orders.

  • All orders are packaged and sent from our Farm on the Mornington Peninsula in VIC.

  • Generally our handling is completed within 1 business day of placing your order. At this time you will receive your shipping confirmation email.

    From there, it can take between 2-5 days for metro areas, and 3-10 days for regional areas. Please allow for shipping delays during busy periods of the year.
