Cidre Noir
Inspired by the blush ciders of Normandy, we created our own unique version.
An infusion of cider, local Pinot Noir and the fermented skins of Pinot Noir grapes. This is a delicious, fruity and refreshing drink with a bright pop of pink.
Quince Pear & Apple Cider
Wonderfully balanced fruit with clean acidity and beautiful aromatic nose, available only in 750 ml bottles or cases of 6. This is our first year producing this excellent “event” drink and the reaction has been very positive.
(Silver Medal Royal Adelaide Show 2020, Silver Medal 2019 Red Hill Cider Show, Bronze Medal, Australian Cider Awards 2019).
Cidre de Glace
Hart’s Farm’s take on the very special Normandy Ice Cider.
A rich & delicious sweet, still cider with crisp acidity. Enjoy after dinner instead of the more traditional ‘sticky’ wine & only 10% alcohol.
Pear Cider
Our delicious pear cider is made from a mixture of Packham, Beurre Anjou, Beurre Bosc & Winter Nelis. It is delicate, not too sweet & has just a touch of acidity to balance the palate.
