We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty - please contact us via info@hartsfarm.com.au if there is a problem with your order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. If you have feedback about our products or online shopping experience, we would be more than happy to receive this feedback as we always strive for improvement. Please email us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transit or if there is an issue with your products.
In the instance that you have received the wrong item/s, please contact us so that we can evaluate the circumstance on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
We are sorry, but we do not offer exchanges unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are only available on products that are damaged in transit. Please send photos of the breakages to info@hartsfarm.com.au & we will either issue a refund for the damaged item/s or offer a replacement.
