The Studio is a very generous accommodation space divided into living, bed and en-suite. We provide Queen bed, pure French linen sheets & duvet cover, TV, DVD player, Bose iPod dock, free WiFi, heating and air conditioning. The en-suite has a huge bath, walk in shower and heated towel rail. Big fluffy towels, bathrobes, hair dryer and organic toiletries are all supplied. Breakfast provisions are also supplied, along with juice, a Nespresso machine and a selection of teas, a bar fridge, toaster, and microwave. Gluten-free, lactose-free options are available on request prior to your stay.
We have a large selection of magazines & books to read, so relax on the daybed and enjoy beautiful vineyard and olive grove views across the valley!

Inclusions
Check in is from 3pm, checkout is by 11am.
The tariff includes breakfast provisions for two adults each morning together with a complimentary mixed 4-pack of Hart’s Farm award winning ciders or a 500ml bottle of our premium extra virgin olive oil.
The room is not serviced on daily basis but spare towels and extra bed linen is provided as required
We regret we cannot accommodate children as there is danger from an unfenced dam. We are sorry, but you cannot bring your pets either.
The accommodation space is strictly non smoking.
Cancellation Policy
Loss of payment if cancelled within 2 weeks of reservation unless alternate dates are booked. If we can re-book the room, your payment may be refunded, less a $50 administration fee. An administration fee of $50 will also apply to cancellations made more than 2 weeks from the reservation.
Covid cancellation Policy: If your stay with us cannot go ahead, we offer either an alternative date of stay, or a voucher that can be used for up to two years from date of issue.
Bushfire Policy
On days that are rated as an EXTREME CODE DAY we will need to cancel or postpone in-coming guests stays. We will also need to Evacuate existing guests on EXTREME CODE DAYS rated days.
Every effort will be made to contact guests as soon as we are aware of the issue & before check in. If you are unable to schedule another time to stay with us if we have to cancel a two night stay, we will issue a full refund for the booked nights.
In the event that we need to evacuate after one night of a two night booking, we will refund you for the night not stayed. If guests are from interstate or overseas, we will endeavour to help find accommodation in Melbourne or another Peninsula accommodation (eg Finders Hotel).
COVID-19
Please note: For peace of mind for our guests, we will not be taking back-to-back bookings - this means that our accommodation can be aired & then all surfaces thoroughly sanitised prior to the next guest. There are no shared facilities.
